While hunting buried items, such as coins, jewellery, and historical artifacts on Margate beach, two metal detectorists left an intriguing pattern in the sand.

In the quiet of the early morning, a lone figure stands at the edge of Margate's Boating Pool wall, breathing in the fresh air while looking out toward the Lighthouse and Harbour Arm.

On a wide stretch of Margate beach at low tide, large footprints vanish into the distance. Only two people sit in deckchairs, watching the early morning unfold.
