At low tide, Margate Harbour transforms into a vast sandy expanse, revealing a wide, shallow bay perfect for walking, with fishing boats sitting on the sand near the stone jetty.

The historic stone structure of the Margate Harbour Arm is revealed at low tide, which features a stone lighthouse at its end and also there’s various bars and restaurants.
